1. Due to the unfavourable weather, the 1 km road leading up to the villa is not concrete and has potholes. Please drive safely. 2. The living area is not equipped with an AC 3. This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. 4. In case of a power outage, the generator can support basic appliances. 5. Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. 6. Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 11 PM. 7. There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. 8. The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 9. This is a standalone property. 10. Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 11. Smoking is allowed in the parking area of the villa only. 12. We urge you to kindly shower before entering the pool. 13. Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 14. The food is not included in this package. 15. Any transers from station or home are additional cost. 16. Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
